We accept payment via bank transfer which is a free and secure service with almost all leading banks and building societies, we also accept cash.
We can send you a Paypal invoice if you are in the UK with the addition of Paypal transaction costs within the uk of 3.4% plus 20p. For cross border fees there are further charges to be advised.
All items that comply with distance selling regulations are covered by the act that allows you to return goods for a full refund within 14 days if returned in same condition.The cost of returning goods is to be paid by the buyer.
We can ship items to Japan through our recommended shipping company, Robert Boys Shipping.
We can deliver items within the London area, please email for a quote. For Ladderax shelving and ladders we can safely pack shelves and loosely wrap ladders for a furniture courier ( not a parcel courier), please ask for a quote with your given postcode. Cabinets cannot be wrapped so we ask for collection although we can release to a chosen furniture courier that blanket wraps cabinets for your protection.

In the event that you are not happy with any purchase received we request you notify us within seven days and return the items to us within fourteen days, we will refund you on receipt of the returned goods provided they are in the same condition as sent. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless they are obviously not as described or faulty. We are not responsible for any item/s damaged by a third party ie, a transport company.
