There are two locks that look exactly the same but with different key hole positions that use different keys which also look very similar so please check which one is yours before purchase. This key is for the Staples Ladderax lock with a right of centre key hole position. Original blank keys have been cut to suit, it is new and unused. These keys are slightly longer than the original otherwise exactly the same.

If you have a lock that is not working it is likely to be a worn key.
If the lock itself is broken we send to an expert lock craftsman in the black country who can repair most locks. Please do not throw any broken locks away as we need them for spares to fix others - these locks are no longer available.
